Hallmarks- on great Grandpa's Watch
The only identification marks are these Hallmarks.
I have done a bit of searching and have not been able to match even the year or city, let alone the makers mark.

I don't think that Francis actually made this watch, the closest to the makers mark I can get is from a South African Silversmith.
